Kevin Guillory is the founder and CEO of Guillory Consulting Group, an administrative support, strategic planning, and marketing firm he launched in 2021 to help small and midsize organizations work smarter and grow faster. Armed with an MBA and more than a decade of experience in operations, community engagement, and entrepreneurship development, Kevin has guided dozens of businesses and nonprofits through pivotal transitions—from refining back-office processes to crafting growth-ready marketing strategies. He excels at translating big-picture vision into actionable roadmaps, empowering leaders to move from reactive problem-solving to proactive, data-driven decision-making.Beyond his consulting work, Kevin serves as Board President of The Family Connection Inc., Vice President of the Leadership Institute of Acadiana, and Treasurer of the UL Lafayette Staff Council. He is a published author, frequent speaker on economic and community development, and—having recently been accepted into Louisiana Tech University’s Doctor of Education program—an emerging scholar exploring how higher education can drive regional prosperity. Grounded in his Louisiana roots and guided by a commitment to service, Kevin brings a rare blend of strategic rigor, practical know-how, and genuine passion for helping people and organizations flourish.
